Personal Orders

Fill out the Order Form completely, and send it to us with your check for the total order. Be sure to add the correct amount for Shipping and Handling - and for Sales Tax if you live in Arizona. You can also pay for your order with your MasterCard, VISA, or American Express card. In fact, if you're planning to use a credit card, why not order by phone? The call is toll free, you'll save a stamp, and your order will reach you more quickly. You also have the option to order on-line with your credit card through our secure server.

Purchase Orders

Please provide us with complete shipping and billing information and the name(s) of the person(s) for whom the materials are being ordered. We will ship the order prepaid and include in our invoice the shipping and handling cost specified on the Order Form. Be sure to authorize shipping and handling charges on the Purchase Order. You may place your order VIA E-MAIL.

Shipping and Handling

We ship most orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Within the continental U.S., orders are shipped via UPS surface and, occasionally, by First Class mail. Canadian orders are shipped Air Parcel Post. (Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.)

Our shipping and handling fees reflect, as closely as possible, what it actually costs to ship your order. Pound for pound, it's a whole lot more expensive to ship you a small package than it is a large one. Or, to put it another way, the more items we ship to you in a single package, the less it costs us (and you!) to ship each item. So, why not combine your order with a colleague's? It's a great way to save on shipping costs!

Return Policy

We want you to be pleased with our teaching materials, with their appropriateness, and with their concept and design. However, we ask that you order thoughtfully in order to keep returns to an absolute minimum. Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or credit - less shipping - if returned as follows: they must be in saleable condition and must be accompanied by a copy of our invoice. Please explain reasons for the return. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns we receive after 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 3 months.
